What do you need to prepare a proposal?

Can you handle the full production?
Projects can include creative development, scripting, storyboards, design, animation, editing, voiceover coordination, music and sound. Your proposal specifies the stages and deliverables included.
How are budgets and timelines agreed?
We review the complexity, asset requirements, duration and delivery formats before quoting. Scope, milestones and review rounds are agreed before production starts.
How do feedback and revisions work?
We plan review points around script, visual direction and production. Consolidated feedback keeps decisions clear. The proposal defines the included review rounds and how scope changes are handled.
Do you work with international clients and agencies?
Yes. We collaborate remotely with brands and agencies worldwide. Calls, review windows and file delivery are arranged around the project team and schedule.
Will we receive different sizes and shorter versions?
We can scope horizontal, vertical and square exports, captions and shorter edits. Share the full distribution plan early so compositions and timings are designed for those versions.
Are source files and licences included?
Source files, editable templates, voiceover and music usage are specified in the proposal. Tell us about your intended platforms, territories and campaign duration so usage requirements can be checked.
Do you use AI on every project?
No. The brief determines the tools. We may recommend traditional 2D or 3D, real footage, AI-assisted production or a combination, depending on accuracy, style and production needs.
